In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

The arrangement that was delivered was gorgeous. However, compared to the last time I ordered with this vendor, I was disappointed slightly in the service. When I ordered a year ago for my mom’s birthday, I received a text message with a photo of the actual arrangement that went out for delivery. This time I never got a message and as the hours ticked by I was getting worried. I finally called to make sure the arrangement was going out as scheduled. I did get confirmation through Bloomnation that delivery had been completed, but the photos was a stock photo and not of the arrangement that had been delivered. Fortunately, what was delivered was beautiful and my mom loves it. I just hope the roses last a couple of days as they were very open in the arrangement that was delivered.

Gorgeous arrangement for Mother’s Day! Totally unique work of art. Even better than expected! The website is easy to use and the flowers were delivered on time.
