Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Definitely disappointed the florist had to sub in Gerber daisies, which I feel makes it look a little cheaper. The photo the recipient sent also has a lot more pine greenery and hypericum berries than the florist's example photo. The photo from the recipient is nice, but the photo from the florist looks more luxe and expensive, for sure. I did want until the last minute to order - and I should know better. But, I would have like to see more eucalyptus, and the calla lilies where nowhere to be found in the arrangement that was delivered. Overall, I'm still happy with the product, but I've seen Art Floral deliver better.
